The previous Ulster Rallies (2009, 2010, 2024) were over the end-of-May Spring Bank Holiday and we’ll do the same date again.

At The Shepherd’s Rest campsite and pub

Rally base is The Shepherd’s Rest campsite: 220 Sixtowns Rd  Draperstown  Magherafelt  BT45 7BH. There is ample tent space, amenities block with toilets & showers, wash-up area, seating area… and of course the pub. Non-campers wishing to stay in B&B should make own arrangements: suggestions provided > here. The venue is an open pub and campsite—not exclusive for the rally—and it’s popular for bike camping and rallies.

In the Sperrins at the heart of Ulster

The Sperrins mountains range is a designated Area Of Natural Beauty. The moorland, glens, valleys, peatbog is rich in historic and archaeological heritage and folklore. National Geographic included the Sperrins in its top 101 scenic drives in the world.
