- Or if you are sharing a tent with someone else who has booked, please provide info so I know how many pitches we require.

- Cost of the social Saturday meal together is part of the booking fee. Say if you want a vegetarian or vegan option for Saturday evening dinner.
- Give the dates and times we can expect you to arrive at and leave the event.
